By accessing or using NourishFlow ("the Service"), operated by NourishFlow ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Service

NourishFlow is a postpartum nutrition platform that provides recipes, meal planning tools, shopping list management, freezer inventory tracking, meal train coordination, and educational nutrition content. The Service is designed to help new parents plan and manage nourishing meals during the postpartum recovery period.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete
  • Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

You retain ownership of any data you create within the Service, including your meal plans, shopping lists, and freezer inventory entries. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NourishFlow and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service exceed the amount you paid us, if any, during the twelve (12) months preceding the date of the claim.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
